Do you offer monthly memberships?

We do offer many options for monthly memberships depending on the frequency of your riding schedule. Each memberships requires a (3) month commitment with monthly recurring payments.

I have never done an indoor cycling class, what if I can’t keep up?

Our classes are all about community and having fun. Remember this is your ride and we recommend riding at your own pace.

What is rhythm riding?

Rhythm riding is a style of riding where the music acts as our cadence. We ride the beat of each song.

Do you provide childcare?

No. We love the kids but we do not provide childcare.

I don’t have cycling shoes, does the studio provide them?

No. We don’t provide cycling shoes (at the moment) our Spirit CIC800 Bikes do come equipped with dual pedals that have cages for athletic foot wear and SPD Clips for cycling shoes.

Can I redeem classes not used, for cash?

No. Classes that are not used will be a loss for the member and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Do you have showers/locker rooms?

We do not have showers. We have a community locker room equipped with lockers for each rider.
